Client Responsibilities

5.4. Prohibited industries: psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, pharmaceutical companies, casinos, pornography/erotic services, or anything related to drugs.
Intellectual Property
6.1. We retain ownership of internal systems, templates, and code.
6.2. After full payment, you receive usage rights as specified.
6.3. You grant us a license to use provided materials only for service delivery.
You may not copy or redistribute the website without written permission.
Limitation of Liability

7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security.
7.3. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Termination

Force Majeure
